AIESEC and Me

In the second semester of my bachelor study and at the time when BWL lecture was being beginned in my classroom. There were 2 excited motivited students entering my class. both of them were telling us about AIESEC. and they told us that we can make changes if we are together in team. it's not only the team of my city but also an internationally team relationship. Yeah It is AIESEC.
AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. and also, AIESEC does not discriminate. What ever your skin colour, gender sexual orientation , creed, religion , or where you come from, and from which ethnic or social origin are you.
In Aiesec , we are together and we work in team.
The one of different things of this student organization between the another student organization is.
Aiesec have a clearly vision is a peace and fulfilment of humankind's potential.
it means through Aiesec can  be digged our potential with working together each other.
Aiesec members live an itegrated development experience.

many of those involve the leadership opportunitier, international internships and interacting with a global network to support our development and our mental.
in according to their website. Aiesec membership base consists of more than 60,000 young people in over 2,100 universities in 110 countries and territories.
And all of its activities are managed by students or recent graduates from local , national ,and international.

Now I want to tell you a little bit story between me and Aiesec.
I was officially joining to be a Aiesec member since April 2011.
And I joined as an ICX member of Aiesec Bremen.
and i am proud to be their member. one of their events that I was been ther is Nico Hamburg.
It was awesome. I could meet with all of Aiesec member of Gemany. It was just a Regional committe for their new members. and we can share and discuss together with. I get more experiences on it. and after this event I was being very motivated as a student.
one time of every week , we have a group meeting. and then there another one Local commitee meeting.
for All of Aiesec member are gathered in a small talk. and sometimes there is also a presentation of our members who have talent on it. and they speak up without shy.
In Aiesec , I met with friendly people. and they can be invited to cooperate in team.
and I am as an ICX ( Incoming Exchange ) memeber. I have a duty to helping the students from around the world who want to be continuing their study program ( praktikum ) in my cities .
For examples, I helped them to searching them an Information about a Room, and I also organized their programm when they have been here ( what they want to do in Bremen ).
Sometimes, I writed an email to them. and asked about their preparation before they'll come here.
If I got the problem with something or I had Idee. I just said it to my Vice President.
and They'll help me to solve it. those are being a reason why I am very loving this organization.
They support me , they respect me, they appreciate my idee or whatever I said.
